I am Carlos Jünemann, lecturer and private coach in audio for more than 15 years. After graduating in social work and audio technology, I have been working as a Tonmeister (audio engineer) in live and studio surroundings, controlling the faders for clients in a large variety of genres from heavy metal to classical music.
My customers are event agencies, live shows, concert halls and also well-known German artists and bands like Hubert Kah, Leichtmatrose, Mark Forster, Nico Santos and others.

Yes, definitely. You can participate using any DAW. The Coaching focusses much more on basic optimisations of workflow, knowledge and skill.
The DAW software might be more of a concern if you especially wish it to be. Most efficiently I can help you with Apple Logic Pro and Avid Pro Tools.
Basically there is no need for a special software, except for a modern online communication service for audio and video.
For reasons of sound quality we decided on using Zoom. So please download the latest version (Mac or PC) at https://zoom.us/download. You do not need to register or pay for this service! Instead we will send you a personal link via email to be opened with your copy of Zoom for every coaching session.
Your computer or mobile device should be equipped with a camera and microphone, so that we can share a certain "live-feeling". Moreover you should use headphones to get the best sound quality and avoid feedback loops.
When it is inevitable to stream mastering audio quality with almost no latency, the contemporary state of the art solution is called "Listen to" by Audiomovers (https://audiomovers.com/).
So for the best results we might make use of this solution now and then. In this case you can install their plug-ins to send audio from and receive within your DAW or use your web browser instead. The latter is free of charge but for listening purpose only.
If you want to transmit audio in realtime you will have to register with Audiomovers. There is a trial period of one week. After that there are different offers.
Anyway using Listento remains totally free of charge for you using the receiver plug-in inside an AUX-channel of your DAW or go for the browser solution only.
You could simply send your audio tracks via Wetransfer (https://wetransfer.com/) (2 gigabyte max. are free of charge) and I (the coach) will load them into my DAW. During the lesson we can work on your tracks live. That means that I will make some of the changes needed while you observe and we speak about every detail. If it is not the pure perfection of the final sound we are after, this special solution will be even superfluous. However, in most cases, it will be much rather a question of general approach or workflow.
After paying for the package you booked you will get forwarded to our calendar. There you can lay down a brief description of your goals and tell the coach about your main topics of interest. This is the way to start directly.
No. For reasons of privacy and data protection the coaching happens live only at the time agreed upon. You can (and actually should) make notes during the lessons and of course you will get the coaches notes at the very end of each lesson via Zoom's chat function.
All coaching lessons booked in the calendar are binding. In some cases you might still need or want to postpone a lesson. This can be done 36 hours ahead at the latest.
Sticking to this deadline you can reschedule the forthcoming lesson yourself, using the calendar's functionality. Else we can agree on the rescheduling during a regular lesson or you send an email on time to info@pro-audio-coaching.com or via the contact form on the website.
All booked products must be scheduled within 6 months after the purchase. The Master Coaching Package (as a subscription model) might run without any time limitation but also has to be started within 6 months after purchase.
